PHP Support Tickets is a web-based customer relationship and support solution that allows you to manage customer queries through a ticketing system. It is a simple, one-admin support tickets system featuring self-registering, emailing to admin, attachments.

• Email notifications can be switched on and off by Admin users
• Email notifications include: new tickets, answers, users and changes in ticket status

• Emails are all plain text

• Admins can create new user accounts of all 3 types
• Admins can create, edit and delete departments
